Who we are
The controller of your data is ForgingLab, Ireland. Contact: privacy@forginglab.ai.
What we collect and why
- Your email address, to put you on the waitlist and tell you when your spot is ready. Basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you press "Join the waitlist".
- Your optional answers to the questions after you join, to shape ForgingLab and, if you say yes to a call, to email you once to book it. Basis: your consent. You can skip all of them.
- Where you came from (the campaign tags in the link and the website that sent you), your country as detected by our CDN, and a one-way hash of your IP address (we never store the IP itself), plus the result of a bot check. Purpose: stop abuse and duplicate signups. Basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it for us
- Amazon Web Services: hosting and database. Your data is stored in Ireland (EU).
- Cloudflare: the Turnstile bot check. Cloudflare is a US company, so your data may be processed outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses, which are the safeguards GDPR requires.
We do not sell your data and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to your data, correction, deletion, to object to its use, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to privacy@forginglab.ai. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. The Turnstile bot check may store data that Cloudflare needs to run it.
